I also suspect your MX 420 may be an integrated graphics chipset (built-in on your PC's motherboard), since these are typically very low-spec.
It's a severely cut-down (entry-level) version of the full GeForce 4 spec, and performs worse than a GeForce 2 card (TWO generations earlier). You may have VERY low framerates with that GeForce 4 MX 420.
